What types of cases are included in the summaries?
A wide range of summaries of employment matters are available.
The cases include general employment matters and Code of Conduct cases, reviewed under section 33 of the Public Service Act 1999.
Case summaries are de-identified and do not cover the full range of matters reviewed in individual cases. Occasionally, the case summary is an amalgam of several similar cases.
Case summaries are published to inform employees, agencies and the public about making employment decisions.
